The Poster of Johnny Gaddaar and the music launch
Alrighty… we are moving closer and closer to Johnny Gaddaar’s release… The first poster of the movie is out and I like the red against the black and white tone… imaginative way of showing the characters in Neil’s sunglasses.
The poster is followed by a video from Indiafm that shows the music launch of Johnny Gaddaar. And in an innovative style, only one song has been released for a limited few. It’s the title track… the one which played in the background of the trailer… if you haven’t seen the trailer yet… check out the archives, the post is a few blocks down this one. More songs will be released in due course and this is for…
Sriram…. if you are reading this… please please please please send us a copy of the song.
The music launch video from Indiafm is below… it also has more shots from the movie that weren’t in the trailer….

Ohh wow… i love the poster…has a very retro base to it…the strikingly red lipstick on rimi…reminds me os ” life…in a metro” poster where Konkona has almost the same kinda pose and make-up….i love the poster…the white smoke and the white color on neil’s face have a very distinct corruptness to it…looks very sinful….kinda throws a few shades of the character…looking forward to it.

the poster has a retro feel - but looks sparkly new at the same time. good design. don’t know why but this reminds me of the cover design of my dashiel hammett anthology. can’t wait to see the flick - hope adlabs won’t be disappointing us aussies this time.

Hi Oz,
This is Sriram. I feel completely flattered and humbled by your comments. We’ve just released the single of the title track, and however immodest this sounds, i think it’s great.
We’ve cut a video to the song. It’s right now playing ‘exclusive’ on Mtv in India, but should be out there in a day or two. It’s approx three minutes. It’s online right now at http://www.buzz18.com I”m not directly involved in the publicity of the film but i would love desitrain and pfc to have it too. Dont know how that works though, and right now in hectic post prod. But..
I’d love the desitrain group and pfc community to see it.
thank you all so much for your keen interest in Johnny Gaddaar.
Talk to you soon,
