The Rakhi Mika Hungama
Place : Someplace Else (no really it’s a place owned by Bobby Deol)
Characters : Rakhi Sawant & one Mr. Mika (brother of Daler Mahendi)
The Event : Mika-jee’s birthday bash
The Controversy : Rakhi enters Mika’s party. Poses with Mika for the photographers. Kisses Mika on the cheeks. The birthday cake is cut. Rakhi takes a piece and tries to stuff it in Mika’s mouth as the poor (?) guy is asking her not to (guy resists cake). The cake’s plastered all over his face. Mika then takes Ms. Rakhi in his strong Punjabi arms and smooches her (girl resists smooch).
As per what I saw on the News Channel, the party continues as usual until… (as per Mumbai Mirror)
At 2 am, Rakhi returned accompanied by her friend and music video director Shezwood, and some others. The group tried to make its way to Mika.
However, his bodyguard intervened and someone allegedly hit Shezwood, injuring him. ONe of the guests then alerted the Oshiwara police, who reached the spot soon after.

Shezwood was immediately sent for a medical check up. “We have sent Shezwood for a medical check up. However, no case has been filed yet,†said Sub-Inspector Satarkar of Oshiwara police station.
Publicity Stunt? Don’t know. But what I do know is that when two idiots get together with booze in their hands it is the best form of entertainment we all can get. So instead of going out and watching “Phir Hera Pheri” or “Chup Chup Ke”, I’m being provided free entertainment, courtesy, the news channels beaming videos of the party and the after party hungama.
Just one point - Whatever be the real reason for this controversy being talked about all over, TV channels and the print media (specially the guys at Aaj Tak) should get a crash course on the laws and rules on “Molestation”. While playing the segment on the issue, Aaj Tak splashes pictures of Rakhi kissing Mika with some commentry that Rakhi was actually kissing Mika first.
A similar kind of reporting done here and here - which kind of underlines or hints at things like (a) Rakhi kissed Mika first (b) Rakhi does raunchy videos (c) Rakhi has been in controversy again and again.
I say… So What? Rakhi could be the most dumb person on Mother Earth, may take all her clothes off and go and sit on Mr. Mika’s lap… that does not give anyone the right to smooch her or do anything with her that she does not want. For starters if the people behind the sites above can give me their mailing address, perhaps I could send them the hard hitting movie The Accused, which is kind of a crash course on the above subject.
Of course in the end it could all be a publicity stunt or that Rakhi-jee felt a bit less important at the party and decided to rake up this issue or perhaps she really needs a psychiatrist (perhaps Mika-jee could drive her to the clinic, I have Dr. Kamalkanth Tripathi’s number).
Meanwhile its time to go back and switch on the tele to watch another round of two idiots clawing each other. The new comedy movies released this weekend can wait. Right now they have pretty tough competition from Ms. Rakhi and Mr. Mika.

Masala is definitily better than the movies that have released.
One thing i can’t understand is…if Rakhi had a probvlem being kissed..why was she acting all cool and bubbly when mika was kissing her in front of the cameras. She didnt raise a voice then nor anytime during the party. Why create a hoola..out out of it once the party is over. ????

guys wat do you think was all this a publicity stunt coz there has been virtually no news on this front(atleast i have no clue to what happnd after all the hungama) or is it just that the media has forgotten the issue.
