Sirjee, Salman Khan has been sentenced to jail for a year. Crime: Killing the endangered and lawfully protected species The blackbuck, or the Antilope Cervicapra. How could they Sirjee? How could they do it? He is such a BIG star. Women love him. Men hate him. And those inbetween the two genders don’t know what to do with him. Sirjee, Please do something please do something. Salman bhai has to be freed.
Don’t worry Betelal. Salman’s ordeal won’t last long. Last I heard, his lawyer is already preparing to appeal in High Court. There is still a lot of time - about four weeks, before Salman is officially and in reality handcuffed, taken to a police van and driven off. So I would say there will soon be a stay order on his sentence. Too much money has been invested on him in Bollywood and those who worship cash first, power second, politicians third and God fourth - will see to it that every arm in the pure cesspool of Indian - run by politicians - law is twisted, turned, broken, fractured and bone crushed

In September 1998, during the shooting of the Sooraj Barjatiya film Hum Saath Saath Hain, Salman Khan went hunting with a group of co-actors that included Saif Ali Khan, Sonali Bendre, Tabu, Neelam Kothari and Satish Shah.
Salman shot two blackbucks in Mathania, Luni tehsil, Jodhpur district, and news reports have suggested that the actors had plans of eating the deer meat. Other reports have also suggested that hunting was a regular pastime for the stars.
However, the gunshots alerted the villagers. The Bishnoi villagers, who are well known for their animal conservation efforts – they consider wildlife sacred — saw Salman and the dying blackbucks.
The stars fled, leaving the blackbucks behind. But the villagers had recognised Salman and noted the number of their vehicle.
Salman and some others were booked by the Rajasthan forest department on charges of poaching of endangered animals.
But producers like Ravi Chopra call his sentencing ridiculous. Chopra says Salman bhai is a good man and should not be sentenced.

I ask Ravi Chopra: If every criminal who is caught, puts forth an argument “first arrest Dawood, then arrest me…” will this work in today’s world? Salman Khan has been a good actor and a very wonderful hunman being not only for the fans but the elderly womens from all over india who are living in one of the mansion salman built for womens who got kicked out of their own homes in bombay and sees them everyday so i dont think we need to pray to god cause god already know what will happen.
Salman is innocent, I think the investigators should pay more attention to evidence and witness. Anyways, 5 years prison is alot and he will turn 45 at the time he comes out of jail he will look old and pale.
